4.1 Refunds Applicable Only in the Following Cases:
- Animal death before doctor’s visit.
- Treatment case rejected or declared unserviceable by the doctor within the scheduled time.
4.2 Refunds Not Applicable in the Following Cases:
- Doctor visit completed but member unavailable.
- Product sales under any circumstances.
