6.1 Veterinary Services
- Veterinary doctor shall visit as per scheduled booking.
- Member must ensure presence and accessibility at the time of visit.
- Emergency or time-sensitive cases are subject to doctor availability.
6.2 Product Delivery
- Delivery timelines:
- payment: within 48 hours
- Milk payment cycle deduction: within 72 hours
- Delivery confirmation through the application is mandatory.
- Delivery timelines are subject to force majeure events.
