3.1 Veterinary Treatment Fees – Booking & Cancellation

Service time : 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

3.1.1 Treatment Fee Structure

  • Case bookings between 6:00 AM – 10:00 AM: Applicable fee of ₹300 (for same day visit)
  • Case bookings between 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM: Applicable fee of ₹500 (for same day visit)
  • Same-day bookings are not permitted after 3:00 PM. Bookings for the following day may be made thereafter.

3.1.2 Refund in Case of Animal Death

  • If payment has been made and the animal dies before the doctor’s visit, the entire treatment fee shall be refunded.

3.1.3 Doctor Visit but Member Unavailable

  • If the veterinary doctor visits the booked location and the member is unavailable, the visit shall be deemed completed subject to GPS log, time-stamped application entry, or call record evidencing the doctor’s visit.
  • No refund shall be admissible, as the visit cost forms part of the treatment fee.

3.1.4 Case Not Accepted or Delayed by Doctor

  • In the event a doctor is unable to attend the case on the same day due to operational constraints:
    • The doctor must propose a new date for the visit.
    • Member agrees to a revised schedule, the case shall be attended on the agreed date.
    • If the member rejects the proposed revised date the case shall be closed by the doctor, the treatment fee shall be refunded.

3.1.5 Refund Processing Timeline

  • Milk Payment Cycle: Refund adjusted in the same or subsequent milk payment cycle.
  • Online Payment: Refund processed within 7 working days.
  • All refunds require an official email request from the concerned staff to the Finance & Accounts Department, along with complete transaction details.
  • Timelines are indicative and subject to banking/payment gateway delays

3.2 Product Sales – Booking, Delivery & Cancellation

3.2.1 Booking Eligibility

  • If, after share deduction, the available balance is less than the product price, the booking shall be rejected by the MCC In-Charge.

3.2.2 Product Delivery Process

  • MCC In-Charge shall deduct the amount after approval from the Area Executive.
  • Product details including Delivery Challan Number, vehicle number, product description, and delivery status must be recorded in the application.
  • Products shall be handed over to the route specific transporter.

3.2.3 Area Executive Responsibility

  • The Area Executive shall be responsible for ensuring delivery of the product to the Sahayak or Member.

3.2.4 Delivery Confirmation

  • Upon receipt, the Sahayak/Member must confirm delivery in the application along with remarks.

3.2.5 Non-Delivery by Transporter

  • In case of non-delivery:
    • The amount shall be recovered from the transporter.
    • Repeat violations may attract penalties or blacklisting.
    • The product must be delivered within 3 days of non-receipt confirmation.
    • Recovery, penalties, or blacklisting shall be subject to the terms of the transporter agreement.

3.2.6 Cancellation Policy for Products

  • No cancellation or refund is permitted once a product is booked.
  • MCC In-Charge and Area Executive must ensure delivery:
    • Within 48 hours of payments.
    • Within 72 hours for milk payment cycle deductions.

3.2.7 Product Supply by Veterinary Doctor

  • If assigned veterinary doctor supplies a product in field through Mobile Veterinary Unit
  • The doctor must facilitate online payment to the Company’s account before handing over the product.
